Our house was still under construction when we first saw it. As soon as we walked through the front door it felt like home. We were impressed by the quality of construction and the many upgrades that you don't normally find in this price range. Also, unlike a lot of builders, Jim and his family are part of the community, and he and Barbara took a personal interest in our relocation to Mooresville. We couldn't be happier.

Jim Feldman of Lakemist Homes not only sold us a house, he sold us a home. When we wanted to change a room to make a larger space for my husband’s art studio, he accomplished the remodel quickly. Both my husband and I were struck by how efficient Jim Feldman was at getting workers in and how professional and meticulous he was for the remodel. He was able to customize our home to our needs, and in an amazing amount of time. Throughout the whole process, Jim was accommodating to the utmost: available to meet us at our home as we considered our furniture, letting us take measurements, helping outfit our home with baby gates for the stairs, and offering help with his gardening expertise.
